2006 Educational Seminar / Dinner Series

American Culinary Federation Approved Seminar / Dinner - ACF Competition Show Platters!!! with Garde Manger Specialist Martin Gilligan

All ACF / CCAC Membership, IFSEA Members, and Guests are invited!

The nights will be lively, inexpensive, and includes many tasters.

First in a series of five workshops (5/22,6/26,7/24,8/21,9/25) that will allow the student/professional to devise a platter, continually improve it for review with Chef Martin until it is ready for the ACFLA competition at the Gas Company in Downey on October 16, Five workshops just $50pp!

The cost is only $55 per person and includes tasters and samples, free parking, and your completion certificate. You can use your credit card to sign up today via Order Now button at the top of this page. This event will sell out!

To pay by check please RSVP Martin Gilligan(Martin.Gilligan@rcc.edu), then bring your check with you, made out to "Chefs de Cuisine Association of California".

Seating is limited so please register as soon as possible.
