This is an area that you can register online as a volunteer for the Ms and Mr World Leather event to be held in Philadelphia Pennsylvania on the weekend of August 25-27, 2006
By registering online you agree to the following statements.
Volunteer Responsibilities
As a volunteer for the Family Hope Alliance, Inc., during the Ms. and Mr. World Leather 2006 weekend, you are considered a representative of the Ms. and Mr. World Leather team. It is understood that your actions will reflect on the Family Hope Alliance, Inc and the Ms. and Mr. World Leather Event. It is expected that you will fulfill your agreed upon volunteer duties to the best of your ability, and that you will request assistance when necessary. Volunteers are not to speak to the press about the Family Hope Alliance, Inc. or the Ms. and Mr. World Leather Event. Any requests for statements to the press should be referred to the Officers of the Family Hope Alliance, Inc.
You agree to volunteer for the Ms. and Mr. World Leather 2006 Event, August 25 through 27, in Philadelphia, PA, and do hereby swear that all information on this application is true. I accept the Volunteer responsibilities as outlined in this document. I understand that I am being compensated by Ms. and Mr. World Leather for the hours of volunteering that I provide. This compensation is on a sliding scale. I accept that I am responsible for the registration fee remaining. I understand that I will be notified of the schedule and duties for which I will volunteer prior to the Ms. and Mr. World Leather 2006 event. I understand that failure to show up for my volunteer shift, or failure to work during this shift, or behaving in a manner that is deemed unacceptable by the Family Hope Alliance, Inc. may result in either my expulsion from the Ms. and Mr. World Leather 2006 Event weekend, without eimbursement of my registration fee, or with my accepting the full financial esponsibility for the registration fee, to a total of $160 (equivalent to registration at the door).
Disclaimer
In consideration of the acceptance of my application as a volunteer and weekend participant, I hereby waive any and all claims to injury or damage to my person, property, or reputation that may arise now, or in the future, from any cause whatsoever in connection with my participation in the Ms. and Mr. World Leather Event, and against its members, agents, operators, employees, lessors, lessees, or any other subsidiaries. I release all claims to the use of my name(s), likeness, or photograph in connection with publicity. By my signature, I state that I have read and understand the above disclaimer. I further state that I am at least 21 years of age. The Family Hope Alliance, Inc. reserves the right to refuse any application for any reason.
Permission from Volunteer Dominant
In the event that the volunteer is responsible to a Dominant (Master, Mistress, Daddy, Sir, Ma’am, etc.), the Dominant hereby agrees that during the hours the volunteer is scheduled, the volunteer is in service to the Volunteer Coordinator and Ms. and Mr. World Leather 2006 Event, as their primary responsibility. In providing this service to the Ms. and Mr. World Leather 2006 Event, the Dominant recognizes that their submissive (boy, girl, boi, puppy, slave, etc.) is honoring the service to their Dominant, through an extended community service to Ms. and Mr. World Leather.
An organization made up of individuals who beleive in the true meaning of family whether it be biological or extended family.
